We love all of our clients at Lawton Hair Co, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our peaceful Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. Cancellations

At Lawton Hair Co, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% your original booking amount. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in for a reschedule. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

Running Late?

Lawton Hair Co is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up 15 min late or more to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
